Does learning give you the right to work or practice?
No. The right to work only gives the permit it contains. Article 57 Reglamento automatically permits the employment of holders of higher education education, and compulsory non-work-related practices are covered by the estancia itself. What conditions do no lucrativa apply if you study?
All conditions remain the same. For extension, funds are required for a new term, insurance for the entire period of the previous term, school for school-age children, a duty and a real residence in Spain for more than 183 days in the calendar year.
