It fits.
- Pensioner or person with savings for the duration of the authorization
- Owner of assets whose income comes from property, not from your current work

Requirements and what they mean in practice
The conditions are set out in articles 38, 61 and 62 of the Regulation, which are described below as the requirement and the way it is verified.
| Requirement | What does that mean in practice |
|---|---|
| Funds: 400 per cent IPREM per month per applicant and 100 per cent per family member | The first year is a 12-month amount, the base is IPREM, not the minimum wage, so the calculators for Digital Nomad are not right here. |
| Source of funds: accumulated or regular income | Any admissible proof will be appropriate: statements, property documents, regular receipts. For foreign accounts, you need the name and address of the bank, full details of the accounts, opening dates, balances as at 31 December last year and the average balance for the last year. |
| Shares or shares in the company | I need a company certificate and a statement that you don't work in it. |
| Health insurance (seguro de enfermed) | The consular office checks its list, so the policy is purchased after the conditions are checked. |
| No criminal record | The certificates from the countries where you have lived for the past five years and the Spanish audit, which the Spanish authorities themselves are doing, are required to apostille and translate by consulate. |
| Medical certificate | Confirms the absence of diseases with serious public health consequences under the International Health Regulations 2005 (art. 38) |
| Passport | Not less than one year in effect at the time of application of the visa |
| Sent. | Model 790 is paid separately for the consular visa fee. |
The calculation of the funds is as follows: take the current IPREM at the date of submission, multiply by 4 for the applicant, add 1 per family member and multiply by the number of months of the permit. The IPREM value should be taken from the official source on the date of submission: the figure from the old article is misleading. How to prepare evidence of the means and no lucrativa for pensioners and passive income recipients.
Family
A spouse or registered partner, stable partner, minor children and adult children with disabilities who need support may be registered with the complainant (art. 61.3). A stable partner is considered a couple with a year of living together and, in the case of children with children, there is sufficient stability. 100 per cent of the family member is added per month. They check that they're studying. No lucrativa with family.
Method of step application
- The grounds. We're looking for money, what you do and how long you're going to live in Spain, if you have a job, if you're looking for another foundation.

- I.D. and insurance. We're going to check your consulate's list, order background checks, apostilles, translations and medical certificates, check the policy against the criteria.
- Visa application. The application for a visa is also a request for authorization (art. 63) and is submitted to the consulate at the place of residence, according to the rules of the consulate. Consulates of Spain and in Step by step submission review.

| Phase | Time limit for the regulation |
|---|---|

| Visa issuance | Up to one month after the positive decision |
| TIE map after entry | One month, personally. |

The list of consular entries and the actual time of review depends on the consulate, and we are not responsible for them. The period of time, funds and residence and When to serve.
Extension: What they're checking again
The extension is based on new funding, insurance (which must be extended over the entire period), schooling, fees and real residence: over 183 days in the calendar year, which is subject to migration regulations and does not coincide with tax residence, although the same number is true. long departures and extensions.
Typical Errors
- Pay under the guise of passive income. The remuneration for current work and income from assets are valued differently, and the renaming does not change the substance.
- The minimum wage. For no lucrativ, the IPREM base is not SMI.
- The bill is unexplained. We need a owner, a source, access to money and the period they're available for, and the balance sheet doesn't answer all the questions.
- The policy was purchased before the claims were checked. The coatings, supplements and waiting periods are subject to the criteria of the consulate. Health insurance for residence permitsWe don't sell insurance, and we don't recommend it.
- Transfers before the list. Part of the certificate is not required or will become obsolete by the date of the entry.
- Work in Spain. Working without a permit is considered a violation of the Aliens Act.
If the consulate has refused, we'll discuss the procedure in the article. Refusal no lucrativa: reasons and appeal.
